Holding Thames Water to account
Thames Water have left customers drowning in ever-higher bills, while poisoning our rivers and paying out millions to water bosses.
I am working with my colleagues in Parliament to pressure Thames Water to take action.
In July 2025, I organised a meeting between MPs and Thames Water officials in their headquarters in Reading. I raised particularly poor examples of customer service in our constituency, and demanded that they tell us what investments they are making with the money we are paying them.
